Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.
Stock reservation with a deposit is allowed for a maximum period of 6 months. If the order is not fulfilled within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery and installation must be scheduled at least 7 working days in advance and require full payment.
Warranty & Liability:
5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects for residential use.
2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects for commercial use.
6-month warranty covers installation defects.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, misuse, third-party activities, improper maintenance, external factors or modifications after installation.
Variations in color, texture, and grain patterns are natural and do not constitute defects.
Payment Terms:
70% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
Full payment must be made before delivery and installation.
We accept payment by CASH, CREDIT CARD, ONLINE TRANSFER or CHEQUE only.
